Below are listed the terms and conditions of our services. 

1. Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy is not responsible for any damages that may occur from using this website.

2. Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy reserves the right to cancel any further bookings in the event of a non-payment. Late payments will be charged an additional £10 per day on top of the usual fee. Payment is accepted online by card or by bank transfer at the time of booking.

3. The client is able to reschedule or cancel a booking up to 48 hours before an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a £25 cancellation charge. If an appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice, the client will be issued a full refund.

4. Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy requires veterinary referral before treatment can occur. This can be found by clicking on the 'Referral Forms' button at the bottom of the page and must be emailed to frontiervetphysio@gmail.com before your first appointment. Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if a referral has not been received before the first appointment.

5. Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy reserves the right to stop treatment if any new or additional unreferred issues are found during any assessments, and will refer back to the vet in these cases.

6. By engaging with Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy, you consent to storage of your details which will be kept for 6 years, in compliance with GDPR regulations. The customer is able to request to view their information or withdraw their consent at any time, at which point the data will be deleted.

7. As part of our services, Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy must contact your referring veterinary surgeon to provide updates on the care of your animal. By using our services, you consent for Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy to contact your referring surgeon on your behalf and share the details of your pet's treatment with them. Your data and information will NOT be sent to anyone else. 

8. The client is free to suspend their use of Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy's services at any time. Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy reserves the right to suspend an account if the terms and conditions are breached repetitively.
