Service Description
The initial assessment covers all aspects of your pet's care, from daily life, to your home, to you and your pet's goals. This helps determine the type of treatment going forward. The initial assessment visit includes a full assessment, treatment and an exercise plan for you to take home. All initial assessments require veterinary consent and referral before the assessment can take place.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment time is due to start. Failure to do so will incur a £25 cancellation fee.
