Register Using Our Pet Parent App
Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy uses the Digitail Pet Parent App, an all-in-one platform that allows you to book online appointments, see notes, and update us on your pet's condition.
The first step to registering for physiotherapy is to download the Pet Parent App for free on Apple Store or Google Play, and downloading our Client Referral Form below.
Using The App
Once you have downloaded the Pet Parent App and our referral form, follow the steps below to register with us!
Step 1
Open the Pet Parent App and create an account. Simply type the email you would like to receive all your pet's updates, invoices and instructions in here. Then, choose a password. Finally, enter your name and complete the two-step authentication. A link will be sent to your email with a code. Copy the code into the app and you're in!
Step 2
Create your pet's profile. You can add their name, species, breed, sex, birthday, and even markings to your pet's profile. You can add a photo, too. You can add their reproductive status, their weight, and any allergies they might have. Finally, you can add your pet's microchip, or insurance number to the profile if your provider covers physiotherapy. That's it, your pet is ready for an appointment.
Step 3
Join the Frontier Veterinary Physiotherapy Digitail Clinic. You can do this from your home page in the App! Go to the home page of the app, and click the person symbol on the right hand side, by your name. Then, under About, click 'Explore Providers'. You can then scan our Name tag! This will add you to our system and you will receive an email and app notification when you have been accepted.
Step 4
Now you can start by booking your first appointment! When you have been approved to join Frontier, our provider profile will appear on your homepage. You can click on this to see our contact details.
If your pet is not a fitness client, you will need a veterinary referral before physiotherapy can begin. You must email a completed health referral form before an appointment will be approved. You can find the forms here. Please email this referral form to us so we can upload it to your profile before your first appointment.
You can request an appointment by clicking the blue button at the bottom of the page, or click on the red chat button if you have any questions. And thats it! Your appointment will be confirmed with you and reminders can be send via email and App before your appointment begins.
Please note that appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a £25 cancellation fee unless your pet has fallen ill with a contagious disease. Please contact Frontier in this event.
